Consultant for ENDS, my primary responsibilities are to provide IT related support & services for company clients. General
responsibilities include design, installation and integration of LAN Infrastructures, PC
Systems hardware, Operating Systems, hardware & software upgrades, OS and accounting
systems/software integration, PC systems diagnostics/repair, related tech support and
training. I deploy, implement and administer the in-house information systems as
well as train the company employees.
As the primary owner of
ENDS, I am also
forced to oversee the day to day operational imperatives of the company.

RE Information Systems Consultant
As a Real Estate Consultant
specializing in Information Technologies, my responsibilities included deploying,
implementing and maintaining company computer systems and databases. I was also
Director of Training for new and existing agents applying computers to all aspects of Real
Estate. These included PC Systems, Operating Systems, Informational Databases,
Dial-up connections and networking with regional MLS, specialized RE applications as well
as time/contact management and marketing/advertising applications.
I was actively involved in the
development of the Regional MRIS Listing Database system (currently used by MD, VA, DC),
since Forman Properties was one of the test-bed offices for beta testing.
During my tenure I held an active Real
Estate license from the State of Maryland to provide Real Estate consulting services to
company clients in which capacity I twice established a company record in the
"listings acquired to listings sold" category.

As an Acoustical Systems Engineer,
my responsibilities included designing, implementing and maintaining the Audiophile sound
rooms for all the stores, creating custom systems based on customer needs, integrating and
installing high-end audio/video systems for company customers as well as providing
post-sales tech support.
I brought extensive high-end
audio expertise into the company, subsequently resulting in the acquisition of several
high-end lines (Carver, Conrad Johnson, Nakamichi, KEF, Accustat, ADS and Alpine) of
equipment to offer to customers. During the company's transition to a high-end
dealer, I was the head of the renovation project, and assisted in the development of the
marketing and advertisement strategy.
During my tenure I developed and
implemented a computerized inventory, sales and accounting system that increased
productivity and transactional efficiency by 40%.
